Parents Deserve Notice AZ collects information only when a visitor submits a public form, sends an email, or chooses to contact the campaign.

Public forms are for parent-notice updates, pledge communication, public information, and campaign follow-up. Do not submit private student records, immigration status, confidential school information, or voter-file information through public forms.
